Dining Room Policies
To guarantee an unhurried, intimate dining rhythm for every guest, we ask all diners to review our hospitality guidelines prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Grace Period
We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the reserved seating time. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance incur no penalty.
Corkage Policy
$45 per 750ml bottle, with a two-bottle limit per party. We politely request that brought bottles are not represented on our current Italian cellar list.
Large Parties & Private Dining
Parties of 7 or more dine from our curated seasonal tasting menu. For bespoke private cellar events, please reach out via reservations@cucina.com.
Dietary & Allergen Accommodations
Our pasta artisans prepare regional gluten-free and plant-based adaptations with 24 hours notice. Please note all preferences during booking.
